My First Memory Lane Ever!

Ok I'm stealing this from several of my good friends. (Now I realize that I am not the most frequent blogger, so I may not get any responses for quite some time, but that's ok I'll be patient).

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses.

Single's Ward. Rides home in the bug or the mustang (you always had great cars!). Going to mutual even when we were annoyed by some of the beehives. Sunday School classes. Lunches with the girls. And I still remember the time you and Jayna came over after I had Corbin to see him, that meant alot to me! I am so glad we are friends!

I remember this one time when I came over to show you how I had the RS newsletter setup and you talked about potty training your daughter...that has helped me feel better about Peanut's potty training.

It's so funny that you just posted this. I saw it on another friend's blog and started to post it on mine the other day, but got side-tracked. (We flew to MD yesterday.)

Anyway- I think the first time I knew of your true greatness was one day at the Benson. I was listening to a TAPE on my WALKMAN :) and you asked what I was listening to. I sheepishly told you that it was Xanadu, thinking that you wouldn't know what it was- might possibly mock me. I couldn't believe it when you told me that you love it too.

But, I think my favorite memory would have to be driving cross-country from MD to AZ with no air conditioning, in the middle of July!! Unfortunately, one of us had to endure the heat while wearing garments, watching the other wear tank tops (no bitterness implied). I'll always remember finally getting to AZ and watching the sun set behind the rock formations. AZ really is awesome!

You're the coolest, Phats. Thanks for all the fun and laughs along the way.

Your one semester at BYU. Our "engagement" looking photos at temple square while we looked at the lights. Crushing over boys in our ward. Laughing at our roommates. Drama. Listening to tunes on my computer. Dancing on the couch. Oh yeah!

Hey, I am super late in responding, but I just found your blog and we all love comments - no matter how late. So, my memory of us is when we got to fight (heehee) over secretarial duties in Relief Society. And trying to figure out who was who (I've completely forgotten now). I think that was a sympathy calling for me; you totally had everything under control.
